We are absolutely loving our new house. Carter has been sleeping really well now that he has his own room and the back yard was perfect for his birthday party. I think we love every part of the house. I repainted the kitchen and mudroom a pretty silvery color, because we didn't love the pink. I've been busy decorating and Frank is enjoying chopping wood and building fires. I think he will start building the garage in a month or two. Thank you so much for helping us get the house.   I first became interested in Lynda as a buyer's agent because of her website. I found it to be very user friendly and full of useful information. After creating a rather long laundry list of properties I contacted Lynda and gave her the properties I was interested in and also what I was looking for in a property and the area I wanted. Lynda quickly narrowed down the list based on the parameters I had given her using her knowledge of the properties and the area. Being from out of the area I had a limited amount of time to look at the properties. Lynda gave me a good variety of properties to look at in a variety of areas, but the list was not overwhelming and gave me a good idea of what the areas offered.
